1. IEA contacts the program coordinators to let them know the program is scheduled for a review. IEA will provide the Program Review Guide with Questions and Instructions and a preformatted word template (see below)
2. Program Coordinators work with IEA and their school admins to gather the data they need for the review process. See the Program Review Guide for details. 
3. Program Coordinators facilitate conversations with the program’s faculty to develop issues, opinions, and commentary on the program review, particularly as it relates to using the data to make informed decisions for recommended actions/next steps for the program. 
   1. These conversations don’t have to be new meetings; they might be during school or department meetings or conversations over lunch. Make sure to keep notes/minutes as appropriate for documentation. 
4. Program Coordinator drafts the program review using the provided template, then shares review with the school for final approval 
5. Once the school has received the program review, the program coordinator can submit to the Curriculum Committee for their feedback.
6. The CC will review and give feedback as appropriate, with the final copy of the review & feedback filed with both the school & IEA
7. The Program Coordinator will work with IEA and other applicable areas to implement the actions and update assessment plans as necessary.
