The Help Desk directed you to a KnowledgeBase article entitled How to Get Microsoft Office as a Student, which contains instructions about how to install Microsoft 365, which you have access to as a Seminary student for free! 

What happens next? 

1. You install Microsoft 365, and it works perfectly. 

2. You install Microsoft 365, but it isn’t working right. 

3. You attempt to install Microsoft 365, but run into issues.
