Theology and Race

In the Summer of 1996, the American Psychological Association's Office of Ethnic Minority Affairs (OEMA) initiated its 1997 Miniconvention and National Conversation on Psychology and Racism Project, with the goal of distilling, building and broadly disseminating information about the dynamics and costs of racism and anti-racism, their effects upon science and society, and the mechanisms for the perpetuation of racism and anti-racism.

The purpose of this annotated bibliography is to provide current research and outreach on structural racism in the U.S. food system for the food system practitioner, researcher, and educator. Our intention is to update this resource on a recurring basis and suggest it be used as a companion resource for training or education sessions on structural racism in the food system.
