LITS Public services will operate in the lobby at the Main Desk (i.e Help Desk) of the B.L. Fisher Library building in KY only from 8 am-5 pm (Monday through Friday), with staff on duty at the Help Desk.
The book stacks and study spaces are closed to the public. Staff are ready and wiling retrieve books for your convenience. The front doors will be open, but the rest of the B. L. Fisher building and 3rd Floor Stanger will still be staff-only spaces, with the exception of faculty using the LITS Studio on an appointment-only basis.
All patrons should wear a cloth face covering (a surgical or N95 mask is not required) when visiting the Help Desk.
LITS will continue to provide support via the ticket system by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and via email, phone, and Zoom for the following services: the writing center, research, archives, technology, administrative technology, collection development, remote online classroom, and faculty support.
