Install Both Parts!
Zotero has two parts:
- An application you download to your computer (Mac, Windows, Linux)
- A connector that allows you to save citations from your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Download Zotero Download Zotero and the Zotero Connector
Installation Instructions
- Register for a Zotero account: www.zotero.org/user/register/.
- Close Microsoft Word.
- Go to https://www.zotero.org/download/.
- Download and install the Zotero application to your computer.
- Install the Zotero Connector to your browser. Note: Zotero does not work with Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge.
