LITS COVID-19 Response

Due to COVID-19, the B.L. Fisher Library building will be closed to the public until the Seminary administration deems it safe. However, the LITS department is committed to providing necessary services to our community.

Physical Resources

Please request any physical resources through the Library Loan system. Book pickup will be available beginning Monday, April 27. We will also be able to scan portions of texts that are not able to be physically circulated within certain constraints. Click here for details.

Any Support Needs

Anyone who needs support or encounters an issue can email helpdesk@asburyseminary.edu. Due to the expected volume, it may take up to two business days to receive an initial response.

Online Resources Are Available

There are a plethora of resources available online! Go to Online Resources to find out what's available and to fuel your research. Additionally, many companies are extending special access during this time: See this spreadsheet for the details.

Getting Physical Resources

The books in the main collection of the B. L. Fisher Library on the Wilmore campus are able to be requested for local pickup through the Library Loan System. LITS staff will make special arrangements for pickup. Scanning may be appropriate for reference or periodical materials. Click here for details regarding pickup and scanning.
