- LITS will continue to provide support via the ticket system by emailing email@example.com and via email, phone, and Zoom for the following services: the writing center, research, archives, technology, administrative technology, collection development, remote online classroom, and faculty support.
- All areas have Zoom appointments available on request.
- LITS Public services will operate in the lobby at the Main Desk (i.e Help Desk) of the B.L. Fisher Library building in KY only from 8 am-5 pm, with staff on duty at the Help Desk. The front doors will be open, but the rest of the B. L. Fisher building and 3rd Floor Stanger will still be staff-only spaces, with the exception of faculty using the LITS Studio on an appointment-only basis. All patrons should wear a mask (a surgical or N95 mask is not required) when visiting the Help Desk.
